we experience the art of energy - Breathing (Prana) for our personal use as well as for professional specialization as a breathing teacher.
We come into contact with the essence of life, the source of our creativity and joy of life.
Leonard Orr, the discoverer of this breathing method, developed by its depth of experience and his personal search for truth, simplicity and love an amazing understanding of the emotional and physical human nature.
