Liebe Freunde!
Nach 2 Monaten in den USA, bin ich wieder in Deutschland, kam gerade rechtzeitig zum Schnee schaufeln. Ich wünsche allen Freunden eine gesegnete, wunderbare Zeit. Als ich heute mit Leonard am Telefon sprach, gab er mir diese Botschaft für diese Newsletter:
"Ich freue mich darauf, Zeit mit Euch in Amerika zu verbringen. Hier im Ausbildungszentrum gibt es viel zu lernen. Ich versuche, nach Jahrzehnten des Reisens mehr Zeit zu Hause zu verbringen, um Euch besser zur Verfügung zu stehen.
Die besonderen Feiertage sind immer eine Gelegenheit, uns selbst zu betrachten und Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.
Wir feiern die Geburt Christi, und sein Ziel war und ist es, uns tiefer in unsere natürliche Göttlichkeit schauen zu lassen."

After 2 months in the US, I'm back in Germany, came just in time to shovel snow. I wish everyone a blessed, wonderful time. When I talked to Leonard on the phone today, he gave me this message for the newsletter:
"I look forward spending time with you in America. There is a lot to be learned here at the training center. I am trying to spend more time at home, after decades of traveling, in order to be more available to you.
The special holidays are always an oportunity to look at our selves and make improvements.
We are celebrating the birth of Christ, and his purpose was and is, to have us look more deeply at our natural divinity."

Die Kraft des 9-tägigen Rebirthing-Trainings
und das 3-wöchige Training
Leonard Orr bietet das 9-tägige Training und das 3-wöchige professionelle Training seit Jahrzehnten an. Menschen aus der ganzen Welt haben davon profitiert. Warum ist dieses Format so kraftvoll? In den 9 Tagen erhalten die Teilnehmer 5 bis 7 individuelle Atemsitzungen. In diesen Sitzungen erfahren die Menschen sehr oft ihre Atembefreiung, das heisst, sie kommen mit dem ersten Atemzug in diesem Leben in Kontakt. Wenn dies geschieht, fühlen sie den Kampf und den Schmerz, die mögliche Angst und die körperliche Unfähigkeit zu atmen, so wie es sich bei der Geburt anfühlte. Sobald wir diese Emotionen und Empfindungen auflösen, erleben wir Freiheit und Freude zu atmen und am Leben zu sein. Pure Freude und Frieden.
Hochwertige individuelle Rebirthing Breathwork-Sitzungen sind der Schlüssel. Die Atembefreiung geschieht normalerweise nicht in Gruppensitzungen, oder sie bleibt unbegleitet, besonders wenn der Fokus auf Drama und emotionalen Ausagieren liegt. Das hat nichts mit Qualität zu tun. Es kann einfach zu einer anderen Sucht nach Drama werden. In individuellen Sitzungen ermutigen wir unsere Klienten zu atmen, zu entspannen. Keine Notwendigkeit zu übertreiben oder ausleben. Der Schlüssel ist Ruhe und Entspannung. Um es mit Leonards Worten zu sagen: "Kraft und Entspannung sind eine unschlagbare Kombination." Die göttliche Kraft induziert Entspannung.
Und im 9-tägigen Training haben wir genügend Zeit, um die Veränderungen zu integrieren, so dass wir eine dauerhafte Transformation im Leben erleben.
Die Trainer werden die täglichen spirituellen Reinigungspraktiken mit Erde, Luft, Wasser und Feuer und eine Mini-Vision Quest unterstützen. Das Klären des emotionalen Verstandes - die Identifizierung und Transformation unserer begrenzenden Grundüberzeugungen wird jeden bei seinen Lebenszielen unterstützen. Byron Katies " the WORK", als auch unsere Arbeit mit dem persönlichen Gesetz gibt einen tiefen Einblick und dient als Werkzeug für ein erfolgreiches Leben.
Die 8 Biggies des menschlichen Traumas & die 8 Biggies der spirituellen Reinigung, Körpermeisterschaft, Ernährung & Fasten, Ausbildung in Wohlstand- Bewusstsein, beruflichen Erfolg, Selbständigkeit - wie man in 30 Tagen ein vollständiges Klientel aufbaut, spirituelle Psychologie und der Manifestations- Prozess, Weisheit aus den östlichen Yogischen Schriften und westlichen Schriften. All dies und mehr nach den Bedürfnissen und Zielen der Teilnehmer besprechen wir in diesen 9 Tagen. The power of the 9 day Rebirthing training
and the 3-week training
Leonard Orr has been offering the 9-day training and the 3 week professional training since decades. People from all around the world have benefited from it. Why is this format so powerful? In the 9 days people receive between 5 and 7 individual breathing sessions. In these sessions people very often experience their breath-release, getting in touch with the first breath in this life. When that accours, they feel the struggle and pain, possible fear and physical inability to breath, just as it felt at birth. Once you liberate these emotions and sensations, you experience freedom and joy to breath and to be alive. Pure joy and peace.
High quality individual Rebirthing Breathwork sessions are the key. This usually does get noticed in group sessions, or supported, especially when the foccus is on drama and emotional acting out. This has nothing to do with quality. It can just become another adiction to drama. We encourage you to breath, to relax. No need to exagerate. The key is peace and relaxation.
