Lieben!
Was für eine Erfahrung! Ich saß neben Leonard in Spanien
beim Frühstück, da meinte er, es kämen mails bei ihm mit der Frage an, ob ich
ok sei, und das wohl meine Yahoo Adresse gehackt worden sei. Als ich sie
aufmachte, was für ein Schreck - alles weg! Keine mails mehr, und keine
Kontakte! Zum Glück hatte er meine wichtigsten Kontakte, so dass ich
sofort eine mail schicken konnte an Freunde und vor allem meine Familie. Ich
hab sofort den Missbrauch an Yahoo gemailt, was dazu führte das nun gar kein
Zugang mehr da ist. Von Yahoo keine Reaktion.
Nun, es ist eine wunderbare Erfahrung alles Alte loslassen
zu dürfen. Diese Überfülle an e-mails war einfach gelöscht!
Was die Betrüger aber gemacht haben, ist eine neue mailadresse
helkestrombach aufzumachen und der Unterschied zwischen Helke und Heike ist
kaum sichtbar,
Ihr Lieben, alle, die ihr an mich gedacht habt: ich Danke
Euch von Herzen für die Liebe und guten Gedanken - aber bitte glaubt solchen
mails nie. Niemand würde eine solche generelle mail losschicken. Danke auch
für die liebevollen und besorgten Anrufe.
Während dessen saß ich in der Nähe von Teruel, wirklich in Spanien, und
musste mein Gefühl der Hilflosigkeit verarbeiten. Völlig bloßgelegt und
blank.
Deshalb nun verspätet: mir geht es gut.
Leonard meinte dann ganz lieb, oh, das passiert dann, wenn man bereit ist für
eine neue Ebene von Wohlstand.
Das Alte löst sich einfach auf.
Als wir von Spanien losfuhren, sagte ich zu Leonard, dass ich mir gerne den
Süden Frankreichs etwas ansehen würde, und kaum zu glauben, blieb dann mein
Auto in Avignon liegen. So kam ich dann dazu, mir doch diese schöne Stadt
ansehen zu können - ohne auf der Brücke zu tanzen. Wir müssen uns immer
bewusst sein, wonach wir fragen, worum wir bitten. Ich durfte dann ganz
praktisch immer in der Gegenwart sein. Wenn ich Gedanken äußerte, wie Angst
vor der Zukunft, z.B. mein Auto wiederzubekommen, Zweifel an der Lösung der
Probleme ausdrückte, oder mich über das Problem beklagte, kam sofort eine
freundliche Rückmeldung von Leonard, dass ich meine Gedanken unter Kontrolle
halten solle und könne. Nur in der Gegenwart - fühlen, denken und sein. Eine
wunderbare Herausforderung. Soviel Bücher gibt es darüber, und wir dürfen es
jeden Moment wieder neu üben. Und wir dürfen das, was wir lehren, wohl oft
selbst am meisten üben.
Selten kamen so viele Herausforderungen, wie in den
letzten Wochen, alle auf einmal auf mich zu. Oft nachts gefahren, ungefähr
10.000 km in einem Monat auf meinen beiden Reisen mit Leonard von, nach und
durch Spanien und Portugal. Dabei haben wir die Meisterschaft über den Schlaf
zu üben versucht, was in den frühen Morgenstunden mir aber nicht möglich war.
Schlafen ist eine echte Sucht. Es war eine tolle, erlebnisreiche und
lehrreiche Zeit, für die ich sehr dankbar bin. Ein warmer Sommersegen.
Das Training mit Leonard hier in Deutschland mit all
den Herausforderungen und viel Arbeit, die innere Heilung mit sich bringt,
war ein rundum heilsames Erlebnis mit vielen wunderbaren neue und alten
Freunden. Wir freuen uns alle auf das nächste Training im nächsten Jahr vom
7. - 15 September 2013, wieder in Marienheide. Es wird gleichzeitig die
europäische Rebirther Convention sein, mit vielen internationalen Rebirthern.
Ich bin froh und glücklich, was ich alles Erleben und Sehen durfte, bin
dankbar für alle Herausforderungen und fühle mich siegreich, sie alle mal
mehr mal weniger gut, aber dennoch gemeistert zu haben. Viel alte
zerstörerische Energie hat sich aufgelöst. Nichts geschieht ohne die
Möglichkeit, im Leben zu lernen und zu wachsen. wenn wir uns dem Leben
stellen und es genießen. Der Sinn des Lebens ist der künstlerische Ausdruck
unseres natürlichen höheren Selbst. Was für ein Spaß, auch mitten im
vermeintlichen Chaos.
Nun freue
ich mich auf die wundervolle neue gemeinsame Arbeit und Gemeinschaft mit Mara
Ingeborg Eppinger, Dipl Heilpädagogin. Sie ist Fachfrau im Bereich
Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Körpertherapie, und das Angebot von Singkreisen
und Mitsingkonzerten ist ihre Leidenschaft. Wir erstellen gerade unser
gemeinsames Programm für 2013. Ihr dürft wirklich gespannt sein auf das
Neue!

Dear Ones!
What an
experience! I
sat next to Leonard in Spain at breakfast, when he told me that many mails
are coming to him asking if I was ok, and probably my Yahoo address had been
hacked. When
I opened it, what a shock - all gone! No
more emails, and no more contacts! Fortunately,
he had my most important contacts, so that I could immediately send an email
to friends and especially my family. I
emailed Yahoo, which led to the fact that now I no longer have access to my
account. From Yahoo I got no reaction.
Well,
it is a wonderful experience to be able to let go of everything old. This
profusion of e-mails were simply erased!
What
the scammers did, however, is to open a new mail address HelkeStrombach, the
difference between Helke and Heike is barely visible.
Beloved,
all of you that thought about me: I thank you from my heart for the love and
good thoughts - but please never believe such mails. No
one would send out such a general mail. Thanks
also for the loving and concerned calls.
Meanwhile,
I was sitting near Teruel, really in Spain, and had to process my feelings of
helplessness. Completely exposed and bare.
Therefore,
now a little late: I'm fine. Leonard
then said very sweet, oh, that happens when you are ready for a new level of
prosperity.
The
Old dissolves easily.
As
we left Spain the second time, I told Leonard that I would like to see the
south of France, and then my car stopped in Avignon. I
then was able to visit this beautiful city - without dancing on the bridge. We
must always be aware of what we are asking for. I
then got to master to be in present time. When
I expressed thoughts like fear of the future, for example how to retrieve
my car, expressed doubts as to the solution of problems, and I complained
about the problem, immediately came a friendly response from Leonard that I
should and
could keep
my thoughts under control. Only
in the present - to feel, think and be. A wonderful challenge. There
are so many books about it, and we ourself must exert this every moment again
and again. And
we propobly must practise most what we preach.
Rarely
were so many challenges, such as in these recent weeks, all on me at once.Often
driving at night, about 10,000 km in a month on my two trips with Leonard,
from and through Spain and Portugal. We
sometimes tried mastery over sleep, which in the early morning hours I
could not. Sleep is a real addiction. It
was a great exciting and educational time for which I am very grateful. A warm summer blessing.
The
training with Leonard here in Germany with all the challenges and hard work
that inner healing brings with
it, was a thoroughly wholesome experience with many wonderful new and old
friends. We
all look forward to the next training in 2013 from September 7th-
15th again in Marienheide. Simultaneously
will be the European Rebirthing Convention with
many international Rebirthers.
I
am glad and happy that I was able to experience everything, and am grateful
for all the challenges. I feel victorious, sometimes more, sometimes less
well, but still I have mastered it all. Much
old destructive energy got dissolved. Nothing
happens in life without the possibility to learn and grow if we embrace and
enjoy life. The
meaning of life is the artistic expression of our natural higher self. What
fun, even in the middle of supposed chaos.
Now I'm looking
forward to the
wonderful new joint work and community in my
house withMara Ingeborg Eppinger, graduate remedial teacher. She is an expert in the field ofpregnancy, birth and bodytherapy, and healing music and singing is her passion. We are creating our new program for 2013 together. You can be really excited! She loves
to perform sing- along concerts.

Virginia, 22980, 200 PARKER HEIGHTS RD stattfinden.
Alle die den Wunsch haben, Weihnachten mit ihrer
Familie zu verbringen, können auch nach Weihnachten anreisen.
LEONARD D. ORR hat angeboten, seine berühmte spirituelle
Interpretation von Händels Messias zu präsentieren.
Es wird keine Gebühr für die Convention geben.
Es ist gut, wenn wir alle großzügig spenden können für die Organisation von
RBI.
Wir alle müssen nur unsere eigenen Unterkunft und Verpflegung selbst
decken.
Die Schlafräume des Training Centers sind bereits
gebucht.
Es gibt einige Hotels in der Nähe für weniger als $ 300 pro Woche.
Es gibt ein SUPER 8 Motel, A DAYS INN und viele andere MOTELS,
die zu Fuß erreichbar
sind.
Wir können gemeinsame
Mahlzeiten im Schulungszentrum organisieren.
Die RBI TRAINING CENTER
hat reichlich Plätze in der Nähe für Feuer.
Das Wetter in Virginia kann manchmal um die 20 Grad sein, sonnig, oder wir
haben eine weiße Weihnacht.

training centre in Wipperfürth is 45 minutes from Cologne/Bonn airport - easy

Heike
Strombach is the international coordinator for Rebirth International and
trained as a Rebirther Breath worker and Trainer with Leonard Orr, the
founder of Rebirthing Breath work, in 1991. Since then, Heike has continued
to work and study with Leonard in addition to leading her own inspiring
seminars and trainings. A Reiki master since 1993, firewalker and family
constellation facilitator since 1999
Heike is
based at her training centre in Wipperfürth, Germany and works as well in
many countries and continents around the world, often at the RBI
international training center in the US and in Brazil. She completed her
formal training as a nurse and studies as a nursing educator in 1978 and 1986
